“Waves and Colors” is a collection born with the idea of highlighting the beauty of hair, fusing waves and color and making these two components of the capillary design, its inspirational source. For me the hair is magical and unique because, being a solid element, it adopts sinuous and changing forms, as if it were liquid. Amongst these forms, waves stand out, with their elegance and movement they bewitch and they fall in love to who looks at them. Waves in the hair don’t go out of fashion, they are the essence of femininity and “glamour “. On the other hand, color floods everything that surrounds us. What would the world be without color? Probably a sadder and depressing place. What if we think about art or fashion or hairdressing? Nowadays, cosmetics and technology allow us to get hair with all the color palette, even with those colors that have nothing to do with their own nature. It is precisely these kinds of colors that I have used in waves and color. Wavesand colors: the perfect combination for dazzling hair.

I’m inspired by all things around me in this world. Especially when you least expect it. Patterns, textures, nature, animals, people and the versatility of all these things.

Hard and soft, rough and smooth, tousled and refined. The ability to create different shapes using hair; adorned with metal hardware, leather, lace is such a creative playground. It’s opposite worlds fused together forming beauty and mesmerizing your audience.

I showcased shine with the face frame wave versus matte in the loose strands. Curly hair and straight. Smooth hair in the fringe versus texture throughout. Refined with braids and a tousled mohawk. I showcased a figure 8 braid done and undone extending her length and keeping short on top. Metal chains fused together with hair to also extend length in the back, while keeping her short natural ponytail wrapped in leather.

One side of the hairstyle slicked down using Resintek, and given artificial texture with straight pins, reminds me of scales so I decided to make a twisted edge fishtail braid to drape and give length below. The undone infinity braid reminds me so much of a peacock feather, naturally beautiful, so I placed one on each side of the hairstyle.

The balance of the hair piercings on top and the chainlink hair draped in the back giving length keeps fluidity of the metal hardware in the style.

Her couture outfit and edgy chic hair evolve a style of her own. Ever changing form of self-expression radiates throughout her entire look. It’s ECLECTIC a la mode.

È morta a 94 anni LILIANE BETTENCOURT, per anni regina del gruppo L'Oréal. Da una tintura per capelli a 44 miliardi di euro. Tanto, infatti, è stato valutato il patrimonio di LILIANE BETTENCOURT, presidente del colosso cosmetico L'Oréal, scomparsa all'età di 94 anni.

La rivista Forbesa marzo scorso l'ha incoronata come donna più ricca del mondo e certamente parte della propria fortuna è dovuta anche all'oculata gestione di Liliane, che non ha mai amato più di tanto il jet set internazionale e le luci dei riflettori. Quanti, infatti, la conoscevano come proprietaria di una delle aziende più grandi del mondo nel settore della cosmetica? Ereditata dal padre, Eugène Schueller, giovane chimico dallo spirito imprenditoriale che nel 1909 fondò l'impresa che diventerà in seguito il Gruppo L'Oréal grazie proprio a una tintura per capelli da lui elaborata, prodotta e venduta agli acconciatori parigini. I primi passi verso quello che sarà da allora in poi il Dna del brand: la ricerca e l'innovazione al servizio della bellezza.

Nel 1956 inizia la grande espansione che vede la nascita di "Le Grand L'Oréal", la realizzazione di prodotti simbolo e iconici ancora oggi e l'acquisizione di marchi strategici. Negli ultimi anni la "diversità" è diventata il simbolo del brand, tra i primi a lanciare il messaggio di bellezza alternativa, portando donne di colore a diventare testimonial di primo piano e facendo dell'unicità il proprio manifesto, con slogan come l'arcinoto: "Perché io valgo". Oltre a valori come la responsabilità sociale, l'attenzione per l'ambiente e la sostenibilità.

LILIANE BETTENCOURT ha ereditato l'azienda quando tutto questo ancora non esisteva, dopo un'infanzia non facile, avendo perso la madre a soli cinque anni, nel 1927. Nel 1950 ha sposato il politico francese André Bettencourt, da cui ha avuto la figlia Françoise, stabilendosi a Neuilly-sur-Seine, ricco sobborgo parigino.

La crescita dei ricavi pubblicitari del settore media e intrattenimento in Italia in arrivo da internet si normalizza. È quanto emerge dal report  “Entertainment & Media Outlook in Italy 2017-2021” di Pwc che, per il nono anno consecutivo, descrive l’andamento di 17 segmenti del mercato dei media e dell’intrattenimento, tra cui cinema, libri, adv su internet, radio e pubblicazioni di diverso tipo.

Tv e internet continuano a rappresentare i segmenti trainanti. Ma il fatturato in arrivo dagli investimenti sul web non crescerà più in modo stellare, bensì con un tasso 2017-2021 del +6,2 per cento. La locomotiva della crescita arriva dai ricavi mobile, di cui è previsto un aumento del 15,3 per cento nel periodo.

Si può parlare ancora di crescita monstre soltanto per il video advertising sul web, che lo scorso anno ha avuto introiti superiori ai 500 milioni e ha pesato oltre il 20% del total internet advertising. Una percentuale che si stima possa arrivare al 36,3% nel 2021, grazie soprattutto alla raccolta sui social network.
